solid garden tools, good value

i was looking for some new Loppers and by Benson had a decent selection. i ended up getting a pair and they're really good quality for the price. i signed up for the email newsletter to get a discount code, which worked fine at checkout, just remember you can only use one. the only tiny thing is that i also browsed the Boot Scraper and it would have been nice to combine codes, but overall im pretty happy with my purchase. i haven't needed to return anything yet so i can't speak to that process, but so far so good! 🪴

Got the Christmas Tree Stand

So I bought their Christmas Tree Stand last year, like right before Christmas. It arrived in good time, actually a few days earlier than I thought it would. Set it up and it was super easy, held our big tree without any wobbles, which is a big deal since our old one always felt a bit dicey. It looks pretty sleek too, not like a clunky plastic thing. Just kept it in the garage all year, pulled it out this season, and it's still good to go. Happy with it, honestly.

Love my new secateurs!

Oh my goodness, I just received my new Secateurs and they are fantastic! The cut is so clean and smooth, makes pruning a joy. They feel really good in my hand, very comfortable to use. I've been needing a good pair for ages, and these are even better than I hoped! The package arrived so quickly too. I'm absolutely going to tell all my gardening friends about By Benson. I'm already looking at what else I can get for my garden. This brand is a winner!

Good hose, delivery took a bit

I ordered the Deluxe Water Hose and a Wall Mount for Hose from By Benson. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no real issues there. Delivery was a little slower than I expected, took about 8 business days to arrive, which felt a bit long for an in-stock item. However, once the package got here, everything was well-packed. The hose itself is really nice, very flexible and the color is great, matches my house well. The wall mount is solid too, feels sturdy. I had a question about installation, so I used their contact form, and customer service responded in about 24 hours with a helpful answer. The quality of the products seems high, much better than what I had before. Just wish shipping was a touch faster.

Love my new hose!

I just got the Deluxe Water Hose and it's fantastic! The quality is so much better than my old one, and the color is gorgeous. It actually makes my garden look nicer. I'm already planning my next purchase, probably some garden tools. Definitely shopping here again!

Good quality, delivery was okay

I ordered a few items, the Garden Gloves, a Hand Trowel, and the Indoor Watering Can. Everything felt really sturdy and well-made, especially the trowel. The gloves fit perfectly, which is always a gamble online. Delivery took about five business days, which was within their stated timeframe but not super fast. Packaging was secure, nothing was damaged. I had a quick question about cleaning the watering can and customer service replied to my email within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience and I'd consider buying from them again for garden tools.

Another great order

This was my third time ordering from By Benson, this time I got the Christmas Tree Stand. As usual, the item was packed well and arrived quickly, even a day earlier than expected. Their products are always so well made and stylish. It's why I keep coming back, can't beat the quality and how good everything looks.
